Hatching Instructions
For 1 liter of water:
Add 1½ tablespoons of sea salt (50g per liter).
Use bicarbonate of soda to maintain a pH of 8–9.
Keep the water temperature at 28°C (do not exceed 30°C).
Add 3–4 heaped spoons (approximately 2g) of brine shrimp eggs.
Hatching typically starts within 18–24 hours.
Brine shrimp thrive in high salinity water with a specific gravity of 1.03–1.04. Using 50g of salt per liter achieves the ideal salinity range for hatching success.
